Returns and exchanges

The Refund Policy accepts eligible returns of defective and non-defective new merchandise and accepts exchanges. Non-defective goods must be unused and in original condition. Request review within 30 calendar days after delivery, obtain approval before a mailed return, and use the free prepaid label included in the package. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 days.
