Order preparation and transit

After payment authorization, orders normally require 1–2 business days for handling. Carrier transit begins after dispatch and is estimated at a separate 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and these timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Destination and charges

Check the full shipping address and any delivery charge shown at checkout before submitting the order. Tracking may take time to display its first carrier scan after a dispatch notice is issued.

Shipment support

For a delayed or lost parcel, a delivered scan without receipt, or transit damage, email ctcakutty@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email, and tracking reference; keep packaging and useful photographs for a damage review.
